Want to make a note about the image? Click on the text under the image to open the image's record and enter notes on either of the notes tabs.
You must be logged into your ARTstor account to do this.
From thumbnails -- Select an image or multiple images. A red box will appear around selected images.
Click on “Organize” in the top tool bar. Select “Save selected images to”. Then create a new group or choose an existing group.
Name a new group or add to an existing one.
From an enlarged image: Click on the small icon on the far right of the bottom tool bar. In the new window that opens, choose the group that you want to save the image to and click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Click “Share” on the Artstor toolbar, then click “Generate image group URL”. 
Choose what you would like to save, either full or brief records. Then from commands under file choose save page as and continue as you would to save any file.
