Where to Find Podcasts

Podcasts are most easily accessible on your smart phone, but most (if not all) podcasts also have websites where their episodes are loaded.  Podcasts are usually  free to access and URLs can easily be loaded into Canvas, sent via email, or sent as a text message.

Some common podcasts apps are:

 

iPhone podcast appiPhone and iPads have this podcast app automatically installed on iPhone/iPad devices.  This app allows users to subscribe to podcasts through the app.  It also allows users to search for podcasts by subject.

 

spotify appSpotify is an app that can be downloaded to any phone.  Spotify is a podcast company that creates, collects, and makes podcasts accessible.  Many of the podcasts on the Apple app are available through Spotify.

 

Stitcher app icon Sticher is an app that can be downloaded to any phone.  Sticher is a podcast company that creates, collects, and makes podcasts accessible.  Many of the podcasts on the Apple app are available through Spotify.
