Artstor Tip!

Tags can help you organize your image groups!

Creating Tags

You must be signed into Artstor to create tags. To obtain instructor privileges, please contact Valerie Nye (valerie.nye@sfcc.edu) with the email you used to register.

You can create a tag for the class or for any image group (e.g Line drawings, Renassaince Art, Painting I).

To create a tag, access the image group you wish to tag. Under Organize select Edit Image Group Info.

Give the tag a name. Typically, instructors use image groups as content grouped for lectures or exams.
Choose who you want to see this image group (choose THIS INSTITUTION if you want to share with students) and click Save Changes.

Under the Organize tab select Save image group as.

Enter an image group name. Click Save Changes. You will then have a copy of the folder in your private work area and in the public area which anyone from the institution should be able to see. Students will need to create a login in for Artstor on campus and then they will be able to access off campus.
