SFCC purchases Kanopy films on demand. We do not have access to the entire suite of films. If you are a faculty member and would like to request a film, visit: https://libraryhelp.sfcc.edu/kanopy
SFCC purchases Swank films on demand. We do not have access to the entire suite of films. Faculty may request film purchase by logging on to the database.
If you're on-campus, you'll be taken directly to the Kanopy landing page.
If you're off-campus, you'll need to authenticate with your SFCC credentials.
Follow these steps:

Follow the link above and then click on 'LOG IN TO SFCC.' |

Click on 'LOG IN TO SFCC' again. |
 |
|
A new window will open, asking for your MySFCC credentials. |
 |
|
After logging in, you will be taken to the Kanopy landing page.

From the Kanopy landing page, you can browse or search for films. |
 |
|
When you search, you will probably see 'We couldn't find any results for '[your search term]'. This is because we haven't licensed much yet!
Scroll down farther to see ALL the films you can request from Kanopy!
Once you've found a film you'd like to request, click on the title to access the request form. |

Fill out the form with your:
(This will help us assess interest and usage in the future.)
Click 'Request Access.' |

You'll get an email notification that your request was received, too. |

If your request is approved, you will receive an email letting you know. The email will contain a link to the film. Just click on the title to watch it! |

Follow the link above to Swank and then click on 'School Account.' |

Click on 'LOG IN TO SFCC' |

After logging in, you will be taken to the Swank landing page.

SFCC faculty and staff should have the ability to browse the entire Swank catalog by following the link. Once you are in the catalog, you may request specific films.

Once you are logged in to Swank you can search for a film. If the film is not yet licensed by SFCC, you may click the "Request" button. If you would like to watch a preview of the film, click on "watch." |

When you click on the "Request" button you will be asked to fill out a short form. The form will be emailed to the SFCC Library. Fill out the form with your:
