The Santa Fe Community College Library is now offering a special study space designed for student parents, child caretakers, and their children. This is a space where caretakers and their children can spend time together on campus engaged in fun and productive activities.
The space includes computers and desks for adult students, and many things to keep children busy while their caretakers study. The room includes children's books, toys, craft activities, and nap-time mats. Books are available for student caretakers to checkout at the main circulation desk.
The space will continue to evolve as students use the room and provide additional in-put about their needs and the needs of their children.
The room is available for use during the library's hours of operation.
The policy specific to this space can be found here.
Please let us know what you think of the space, and send us suggestions for our new space. Email us at: library@sfcc.edu
